www.janvonbroeckel.de produces a cookie for technical reasons when the
website is called.

Explorer 11, go
to Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Settings and then move the
sidebar. To delete Cookies, go to Tools>Safety>Delete browsing
history. In order to view cookies stored by IE11, go to
Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History>Settings>View Files.
